FAT BUSTER 5L
Septone Fat Buster is a concentrated, biodegradable, mixed caustic based oven and grill cleaner designed to efficiently remove burnt-on and baked-on deposits from grill plates, hotplates, ovens, rotisseries, barbecues and deep fryers. Fat Buster may also be used as an efficient grease trap cleaner and for the unblocking of drains.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Wear suitable protective clothing, including gloves and eye/face protection. Wash the hands and face thoroughly after use.
FOR GRILLS AND HOT PLATES: Spray directly onto the warm (but not hot) surface and allow to soak for 5 minutes. Use a hard bristle brush to remove heavy deposits. Rinse clean with water.
FOR OVENS AND ROTISSERIES: Heat the oven to 90°C. Turn off the oven, then spray a liberal coating over the walls and shelves. Close the door and leave for 10 minutes, then wipe clean with a wet rag. Before re-using the oven, preheat it for 10 minutes.
FOR DEEP FRYERS: Drain the deep fryer and rinse with hot water. Spray onto the surface and allow to soak for 5 minutes. Use a hard bristle brush to remove heavy deposits. Rinse clean with water.

Strong alkaline odour, brown liquid
