and Lavandula angustifolia herb top fl. 20.0%. For sleep and relaxation.

Indications- Personal Use
ADULTS: For the temporary relief from nervous or stress related headache and muscular tension and to produce a calming effect, apply several drops to tissue and inhale as required.
To soothe and promote sleep, sprinkle a few drops on tissue or pillow. Add a capful to 100ml carrier oil and apply directly to affected areas 3 times daily to relieve the itch of insect bites, stings and minor skin irritations or massage to soothe painful bruising or swollen joints.
Indications - Household Uses
Laundry - Add a few drops in clothes dryer. A few drops can remove stains, grease marks, tar or paint.
Other Uses
Add a few drops on a tissue and leave in a purse.
Also a few cotton buds dipped in lavender oil and placed behind seat cushions to help rid of smokers smell.
