TW 20 Truck Wash 5 Litre

Heavy duty concentrated truck washing detergent.

SeptoneTW20 Truck Wash is a non-toxic, non-caustic, biodegradable heavy duty detergent with a balanced pH and is highly effective in removing dirt, mud, road grime, oil and exhaust soot. It may safely be used to clean paintwork, chrome, rubber, windscreens, fibreglass, aluminium, tarpaulins, vinyl and most washable surfaces. It will not affect paint and, being free-rinsing, will not cause streaking.  The quick break property of TW20 Truck Wash ensures that the emulsified grease and oil rapidly separate in a grease trap, allowing the resultant water layer to be drained to the sewer as treated trade waste.  TW20 Truck Wash is ideal for cleaning trucks, buses, trailers, cars exteriors and upholstery, boats, building exteriors, windows and most washable surfaces.  It may be used either by manual application with a sponge, or through low pressure or high pressure spray equipment.
 
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
MANUAL WASHING:
1. Hose the truck or bus with water prior to cleaning.
2. Dilute TW20 with up to 30 parts of water (i.e., add a minimum of 300 mL of TW20 to a 10 L bucket of   
    water) and mix until dissolved.
3. Sponge the solution over the truck or bus.
4. Leave for 3-5 minutes, then hose off with water and allow to dry or chamois dry.
 
HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING:
1. Hose the truck or bus with water prior to cleaning.
2. Dilute TW20 with up to 200 parts of water (i.e., add a minimum of 50 mL of TW20 to a 10 L bucket of   
    water) and mix until dissolved.
3. Using high pressure spray equipment, spray or foam the solution over the truck or bus.
4. Leave for 3-5 minutes, then hose off with water and allow to dry or chamois dry.
 
APPEARANCE:
Opaque green viscous liquid, neutral odour.
