Purchasing and Returns

- The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
- CleanX Cleaning Supplies reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.
- Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date quoted.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, and customer should check prices by logging into the web site to place orders.
- Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order, this includes freight charges, see "Freight Charges" below.
- Delivery is normally within 2 working days depending on the location and type of product ordered, if ordered before 9:00am and in stock..
We will do our best to ship goods by courier or our own service within 24 hours with the greater Brisbane Area.
Unfortunately we do not ship interstate due to the amount of dangerous goods we stock and cannot ship.
CleanX Cleaning Supplies’ Customer Satisfaction Policy means we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
- If you are unhappy with a product we have recommended, you can return it within 14 days.
- We are will either replace or refund.
- Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase, e.g. credit card accounts will be credited for payments made via credit card.
When returning goods, please include/forward:
- Contact details
- Proof of purchase, e.g. receipt and/or original order number.
- If applicable, credit card details to enable us to apply the refund,
or charge freight (less handling) on exchanged items.
· For your own security DO NOT provide your credit card details via email.
· You are responsible for postage on returned stock.
- Goods purchased may be delivered freight free in the greater Brisbane area where the total value purchased is greater than $150.00 Ex-GST.
- This offer does not include goods advertised as "on-special" or discounted below our normal retail price.
- For deliveries to Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, or other locations outside the Brisbane area please contact us for freight costs.
- We reserve the right to review any freight charges for orders placed on the web site prior to dispatch and change the freight charge at our discretion.
- You will be notified of any changes prior to dispatch.
